Track Your Order
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number. There are two easy ways to track:
Option 1: From your shipping confirmation email
The moment your order ships, you'll receive an email titled "Your order is on the way". It contains a Track Your Order button — tap it to see real-time carrier updates.
Option 2: From your account
Log in at cordialkicks.com/account using the email you used at checkout. You'll see all your orders, statuses, and tracking links.
Don't have an account yet?
No problem — Shopify will email a one-time login link to whatever address you used when you bought. Tap the link, you're in. No password needed.
Where is my order?
- Pending — order received, payment processed, packing now.
- Shipped — handed off to USPS/UPS, tracking active.
- Out for delivery — on the truck for delivery today.
- Delivered — at your address. If you don't see it, check with neighbors and the carrier first before contacting us.
